National Parks in Rajasthan

Rajasthan is a place of protection for the different types of wildlife. The geography of Rajasthan follows different ranges. Rajasthan has barren desserts and scrub-thorn waterless forests.

Rajasthan is recognized as a home for Black bulls, tigers, chinkara, desert fox, which are too rarely seen. You will also find most dangerous caracal, as well as Indian bustard in Rajasthan. Well, you will see animals like wild boars, gavial, and porcupines and monitor Lizards too. 

There are some of the wandering birds, which are rarely seen in other parts of world. Out of them, some are common birds like ducks, cranes, coots and pelicans as well. However, some are very rare birds, which you will generally find in the winters.

They are Siberian cranes, falcons, and grand dessert grouse. Some of the typical areas, which represents the different eco systems marked as the areas of wildlife. Rajasthan has many different small and big National parks. One of them is Ranthambore national park. These parks are open for the visitors. 

Ranthambore is National park, which is located in India’s northwestern region. It is situated near the Sawai Madhopur (small place), which is in the between of Kota and Bharatpur. It is located in the Aravali hills and surrounded by the Vindhya. It is on the border of the Thar desserts. This place was recognized as hunting place in past. 

Sarika Natinal Park is also located in Aravali hills. It was especially for the king Alwar. It is also recognized as the places of religious and historical interests.

It includes the Neelkanth temple, Kankwari fort. You will also find Budha Hanumab Temple, which is located near Pandupol. Near park office, you will come across a Bharathari temple. Then, you will also find cold and hot springs of Taalvrikh.
