Itanagar: Itanagar is the capital city of Arunachal Pradesh and is famous for its Dawnlit Mountains. The main spots of attraction for the tourists are Ita fort, Jawaharlal Nehru Museum, Buddhist monastery, Ganga lake and Zoo. This place is perfect for canoeing, angling and boating on the Dikrong River.

Dirang: This place is famous for its natural boiling springs, apple orchards and sheep proliferation farms. The place is perfect for those who like to go for trekking. 

Tipi: Tipi, an orchid farm having 7500 orchids and even more, is located on the bank of Bharali River. The widest variety of orchids in India is found here and efforts are being made for producing more new and crossbreed of orchids. It is a perfect place to go for rafting and angling as the famous Kameng River flows by its side.


Bomdila:
Bomdila, located on an altitude of 2,530 meters has a brilliant sight of the Himalayas and is surrounded by various peaks covered with snow. The place is very famous for its Buddhist monasteries and apple orchards. It is also known for its crafts centre where exclusive and lovely carpets of different designs and colors are made.

Tezu: It is famous for the Parasuram Kund, a sacred place of Hindus. This place experiences a large number of pilgrim tourists coming from all parts of the country every year to get a sacred bathe.


Namdhapa
:-

This place is famous for the Namdhapa National Park located in the city. It is a home to some of the really intangible creatures like snow leopard and clouded leopard. Some other creatures found in this park include the gaur, musk deer, elephant, binturong, wild goat, red panda, slow loris and black bear of Himalayas. The best time to tour this park is between the months of October to March.
