Assam is located between ninety to ninety six degree East Longitude and twenty four to twenty eight North Latitude. It is touched by the borders of Bhutan and Arunachal Pradesh in the North and East. Transport by air

The best mode of travel to Assam is international airport of Guwahati known as The Lokopriya Gopinath Bordoloi which is linked by air to almost all of the metros in India.
