Imphal

East district of Imphal is located in two different valleys know as Jiribam Valley and Central valley. Gambhir Singh Shopping Complex and Paona Bazar are the center place of imported goods in state. Newly built Khuman Lampak Stadium is also the most visited place here.

Bishnupur

Bishnupur is located at 27 km distance from Imphal and it is eminent on account of amazing land of dancing deer.

This place is laying at the edge of hill and every year many tourists visit this place just to view the architecture beauty of 15th century Vishnu temple.

This is one of the single-celled, conical roofed temples in country. Apart from it in this city you can see famous tourist attractions like Loktak Lake, Keibul Lamjao National Park and well esteemed chiseled stoneware.


Chandel

The Chandel District was earlier known as known as Tengnoupal. It is situated in the south-east side of state. The Moreh town located in southern part of city is the international trade center of Manipur.  This city has great international value as the route of Trans-Asian Super Highway makes its way via this city and so it will be one of many gateways to the Asian countries. The total area of Chandel city consists of 3,313 sq. km.

Churachandpur

Situated in the south-west part of Manipur, Churachandpur consist of an area of 4570 sq.km. The major part of city consists of hills with some plain area. This city reflects the peace, prosperity and development in its true sense.


Tamenglong District

Tamenglong District is full of natural beauty in the form of dense forests, fruits laden orchids, rare species of plants, and gorgeous wildlife. In fact in Manipur the major part of timbers is taken from these forests only.
