1 - Your signed, VALID Passport, (6) Month validity
minimum.
2 - Two sets of fully completed and signed Visa
Applications, front and back.
3 - Two recent PASSPORT-STYLE photos sized 2"x2",
full face, in full color.
4 - Visa Fee $85.00 (Up to 1 Year Stay)*
5 - A copy of your ticket or Travel Agent's itinerary.
6 - A letter of invitation from India. (FAX OKay)
7 - Company letter, Notarized, stating the purpose
of trip, financial responsibility, and length of stay.
8 - Business Visa Application Summary Form, (Fill
out and send to us)
9 - Our Service Fee: $73.00 per each VISA. Include
$3.00 Money Order. (For Rush Service please add $20.00)*
10 - Express Overnight Shipping Fee $35.00. Please
note: Saturday Delivery add $10.00.
11 - For Non-US Passport holders, a copy of your
greencard or valid US visa and I-94. ( Consulate may require further
documentation.)
